The TiddlyHost is only site owner can edit now, I have a RFC that someone if have accounts, can allow any account to edit the wiki. This is my suggestion:

  • Site owner can set someone have permission:
    • Edit (Require Approval)
    • Edit (Needn't Approval)
    • Approval a Request
    • Give other permissions
  • Permission owner's account can do that things.
