In a quick review this works.
Before we merge - I'd like to solve #1854
Also, we'll have to file separate issues for the following:
- Confirm restore message not implemented
Now shows 'goal.restore.header' and 'Note: goal.restore.note' - Restore undoes all deleted-state of descendant Goals.
I'd expect any subGoals that have been deleted to remain deleted when deleting/restoring the parent, similar to how this works for done/todo.
