Order list separator.

Impulse Tracker and OpenMPT have a neat feature in their order lists – the order separator. It shows up as +++ and it means to just skip to the next order instantly.

I'd love to see this feature for Furnace. Entering an order full of ++ patterns would make it a purely visual separator between sections, instantly skipped during playback. If an order has at least one numbered pattern, then that would play as normal, and ++ would represent an uneditable empty pattern. In the order list, it would be the pattern before 00 when clicking, or it could be entered as a + (or any invalid entry) in "select and type" mode.

How would we store this in the format?

Maybe make FF an escape sequence for other order types, even if just the one for now? So in the file, FF 00 might mean the order separator, while FF FF actually means pattern 255. Or, you know, just say that patterns only go up to 254 from now on, and use FF to mean the separator.

Some of them may actually use order FF. Never mind. I just realized...
