Hide/Unhide specific effects from the Effect List

The suggestion:

• Right now, if you click the hamburger icon on the Effect List, you can hide items by category, such as pitch. Which is fine for most applications, but I believe it would be nice to be able to hide them by effect on top of that.

The reason:

• Many sound engines used on real hardware for gaming applications, such as Famitone on the NES, as well as my homemade engine on the PC Engine, lack support for many effects found in the tracker. Therefore, it would be a good way for the musician (and programmer) to tell which ones are supported at a glance, and which ones are not. This would avoid rewriting songs in case an unsupported effect is found, or needing to spend time and limited ROM/RAM/runtime on implementing otherwise seldom-used effects.
• For example, my engine uses 08xy for panning. It would be nice to be able to hide 80xx, 81xx, and 82xx in this case.

Additional comments:

• I know this is very nitpicky, but somehow saving which effects are hidden or not per module.
• Being able to toggle between playback of all effects and shown effects only in the module. For instance, hiding 04xy would disable Vibrato in the module
