Binary command stream / Clipboard format import support

Is it possible to implement support for importing a binary command export export file (or even potentially the clipboard format too)?

I have a program that exports music data, but often times the output is very long and extremely tedious to copy and paste into Furnace Tracker pattern by pattern, and I really don't want to have to try and implement writing .fur files just to make the process faster. If I could import a simple binary command stream (or sequence of clipboard patterns) into Furnace, it would make things a lot easier.
