Hello everybody, I'm new to tracking, so forgive me if this is a really basic question or if I simply missed somebody asking it already, but I haven't found any sources to answer my question through research. I started learning about a week ago, using the Game Boy chip for simplicity, and I've been digging through the different instruments in the demo songs to see how different macros settings could change the sound. I've found a few (such as Lagtrain and Minos) have higher values for the waveform table range (instrument 09 has a range of 0-4 in Lagtrain, and instrument 03 has a range of 0-6 in Minos), but whenever I try to change the bottom/top settings it's stuck at a range of 0-1, and if I try to type in a higher value it just sets it back to 1. Does anybody know how to override these settings, since it seems possible somehow? Thanks in advance for any answers! |

the "range" of the waveform macro depends on how many wavetables you have in a song |

Ah, that makes a lot more sense. Thank you so much! |

you can add and manage them in the "Wavetables" window
