The Dismembering Framework enhances Skyrim combat with real-time dismemberment, realistic blood splatters, and adaptive sound effects based on armor and weapon types. It operates directly through the game engine for a seamless experience, includes extensive customization options via the MCM menu, and integrates smoothly with other mods.
Requires ALL players to have the Time Slow settings disabled on the MCM (shown on the Features section below) and the "Player can be dismembered" setting disabled. I also provided settings I used that I did encountered any issue with after hours of game play. I also tested both players dying multiple times and saw no player dismemberment issues with those settings.
IMPORTANT: Dismemberment is NOT synced between players. That should not cause any issues except for on the following scenario: If a player attempts to resurrect a body that has been dismembered for other players then a de-sync could occur. So I would not recommend using any spells that resurrect dead bodies.
MCM Settings:
Features
On Screen Visual Effects: Disabled
Time Dilation Factor: 1.0
Chances of Slow Time : 0% (Note: This settings seems to be incorrectly tied to Saved Game instead of MCM)
Sound During Time slow: Disabled
Global Settings

Additional Information
The Dismembering Framework requires Asset Packs to work so don't forget to download the "DF - Creature Asset Pack" and "DF - Humanoid Asset Pack" under the "Optional Files"

You MUST download the Asset Packs under the "Optional Files" as the mod does nothing without them.
