svgPanZoom v0.1

First working version of svgPanZoom works fairly well on nearly all R graphics that I have tested to date. These include base graphics and grid ggplot2 + lattice.

However, there are some features that I would like to add:

  1. svgPanZoom working with other `htmlwidgets
  2. more built in nice behavior
