Some details on __pgboss__cron

First of all thank you for this pacakge.
I want to know about __pgboss__cron job, observed that it is running every 1 minutes, whats the use case for this job? can we configure timing for this job.

Also i m running pg-boss with pm2. And suppose i create different processes for queue handler and worker handler, then it is possible to conflict.
