E.g.
2 Pictures side by side. Between them is a + sign.
Left Picture shows 3 Apples.
Right Picture shows 2 Apples.

In the middle of the screen is the = symbol.

On the lower screen part are 4 Possible answer Pictures:
No. 1 with 1 Apple
No. 2 with 5 Apples
No. 3 with 8 Apples
No. 4 with 2 Apples

Every picture should show the number as well.
