0.0.1 - first pre-release

So, this is the first release of a console application for reading educational information. Initially, the developments of this project were used in the thesis work, and later the project itself began to develop fully.

In addition, the code has been ported to Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 and 2019, respectively, which allows the program to be supported on Windows 98 and above.

⚠️ The version of Tinelix Knowledges compiled in MSVC2005 does not work with Unicode characters, so for the Cyrillic set you should use the encoding for the JSON file - CP866.
