Agent-based Model of SARS-CoV-2 Transmission

This stochastic, discrete-time agent-based model (ABM) simulates the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 within a given synthetic population and represents the progression of COVID-19 after infection. Our ABM explicitly represents individual people and their movement between specified locations during each simulated day. Although the model can accept different synthetic populations as an input, for simplicity, this wiki will be focused on the state of Florida as this is the main population our lab uses for study.

This model is adapted from a previous agent-based model for dengue transmission.
