Docker container with qperf installed on ubuntu.
Run: "docker run -ti tobwiens/ubuntu-qperf" to get into the bash. /bin/bash is set as command in the Dockerfile.
Qperf was copied to /usr/local/bin, so just execute it as a normal command "qperf".
