fixes #217

  • upgrade to latest types branch SD 4
  • use preprocessors instead of parsers if the user passed style-dictionary is 4.0.0-prerelease.2 or higher
  • tests for parser utils using preprocessors -> testing cross file refs
  • wait for style-dictionary prerelease.7 to be published on NPM
