This is a Flask web application that provides several functionalities, including brain tumor detection and Alzheimer's disease prediction. It also allows users to send emails and provides information about the project's services and blog posts.
Make sure you have the following dependencies installed:
- Python 3
- Flask
- TensorFlow
- Scikit-learn
- PIL (Python Imaging Library)
- NumPy
- Joblib
- TensorFlow Hub
You can install the dependencies by running the following command:
- pip install -r requirements.txt
1. Clone the repository:
- git clone https://github.com/tolgaozkaya/IMR.git
- cd IMR
2. Set up the virtual environment (optional but recommended):
- python -m venv venv
- source venv/bin/activate # For Linux/macOS
- venv\Scripts\activate # For Windows
3. Install the required dependencies:
- pip install -r requirements.txt
4. Run the Flask application:
- python app.py
5. Access the application in your browser at http://localhost:5000
