Right now the config file is primitive (.py file being included). It should be a config file include from home dir.

Here's a nice code that parses yaml file: https://www.datacamp.com/tutorial/tutorial-postgresql-python

Another example would be what we did in Svarog.

Location of the config file is not displayed easily (or documented).
