Blocks Boilerplate

Add code from file blocks boilerplate.css to Website > Pages > Website Tools > Custom CSS.
Add code from file blocks boilerplate.html to Website > Pages > Website Tools > Code Injection > FOOTER. Read the code for any instructions within.
Add a section to the site footer as the last section. Add your boilerplate blocks to the section.
Add code blocks wherever you want. In those code blocks add the following.
