问题描述（简要描述发生的问题）

布局出现错误，是否是程序对于4K分辨率的高DPI判断有误，在1.5.0版本更新后出现这个错误
屏幕分辨率：3840x2160 150%缩放

复现步骤（详细描述导致问题产生的操作步骤，如果能稳定复现）

正常打开左侧功能栏有一块没有使用的区域。
本地漫画的wifiu2x布局错误(仅在本地漫画查看有这个问题)

日志提交（问题截图或者日志，日志在设置中设置为INFO，在帮助界面打开日志目录）
