Would be nice to be able to pass in a CSV containing multiple files to download like this:

Import-Csv .\Downloads.csv | .\Get-CTXBinary.ps1 -OutputFolder C:\temp -CitrixUserName mycitrixusername -CitrixPassword $CitrixPassword
