IrrigFlo is an open source java library that aims to be a help to those who want to develop hydraulics applications using java. The library will range from open channel flows up to reservoir operation analysis.
Interfacing a Soil moisture sensor FC-28 with Arduino. This sensor measures the volumetric content of water inside the soil and gives us the moisture level as output. The sensor is equipped with both analog and digital output, so it can be used in both analog and digital mode.

It then calculates statistics about the given design in order to optimize water usage before sprinklers are put into place.
