This is a collection of Knime workflows developed for the analysis of the data obtained with the FishInspector software

Behaviour analysis tracking and data analysis software using machine vision to track larval zebrafish behaviour. Software is built using C++,QT and OpenCV, while R scripts are used for data analysis and figure generation.

This repo contains the files to generate an interactive view of a feature set in the tensorflow embedding projector interface.
