Support RTS Devices

I'd like to able to control my RTS devices (without using a Scenario) via the Tahoma plugin.

I know Homey can already control RTS devices directly, but I already have everything setup in Tahoma and the range does seem better with Tahoma than directly with Homey.

Same question here, but for the Somfy Connexoon RTS bridge: all my RTS sunshades and automatic curtains are already connected to a somfy Connexoon RTS bridge (and my motors do not have enough “channel spaces” left to respond to more “remotes” 😭)
