[back] Run the ML for main criteria every 3 hours #1373

#1332 should give the possibility to run only the main criteria. As discuss a few weeks ago, it could be good to run the ML more often e.g. every 3 hours (6 times a day)

The schedule has been updated in #1845 to run the ML every 3 hours.
