Fortasyn is a dataset of mice that went through an induced stroke. There are 24 mice in the dataset. By looking at the trajectories, how accurately can we determine how long ago the mouse suffered a stroke?

Exit criteria:

  • A regressor has been implemented in a Jupyter notebook.
  • The regressor successfully predicts how long ago Fortasyn mice had a stroke, or we have conclusively determined that regressor cannot be accurate.
  • The notebook is added to traja-research.

Quite possibly there are patterns of behavior which change as they age, particularly concerning the turning ability. These patterns could be observed within the latent space.
