Adds:

  • New update command, always prompts before updating
  • Integrate updates into dev and deploy
  • Deploys in CI will fail if there is a mismatch between CLI version and @trigger.dev/* package versions
  • Some updates to the docs

Fixes:

  • Package manager detection
