Add Spack installation instructions for ForTrilinos #164

Add them to ReadTheDocs.

Steps:

  • Push the released version of ForTrilinos to master
  • Have Trilinos have a release (12.12.2?) containing all required patches
  • Update Spack's Trilinos package

This has to be postponed until we figure out how ForTrilinos fits with Trilinos.
