Brand new install with default settings.

Describe the bug

When trying to create a database, it returns this error.
Database creation error: permission denied to create database

To Reproduce

1. Install app
2. Try to restore or create the database
3. Obvserve error

Expected Behavior

Database creation/restoration successful.

Same issue here with the same symptoms and error message. Unable to create new or restore any database.
