THORChain's network token $RUNE has completed a process to obsolete old forms of $RUNE in favor of its network-native $RUNE asset. The RUNE assets on Binance and Ethereum blockchains no longer have any utility in the THORChain network and are no longer able to be bridged to mainnet.
Users were given one year to make the switch. It has been widely reported on:
The network native asset still exists here: https://github.com/trustwallet/assets/tree/master/blockchains/thorchain/info. This PR abandons the non-network native assets on Ethereum and Binance.
