• How is the token being distributed? Are you conducting an airdrop?
• Did you sold the tokens at an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) or a token presale?
• Is the token listed on a centralized/decentralized exchange?
• Is a Smart Contract audit completed? Where can we find this information?

BEAM is the Merit Circle Governance token. Trust Wallet users already holding this token and asked the Merit Circle team why they can't see a logo in there Trust Wallet for BEAM.

• How is the token being distributed? Are you conducting an airdrop?
BEAM is migrated from the original Merit Circle DAO token "MC" (0x949d48eca67b17269629c7194f4b727d4ef9e5d6). Each MC can be migrated into 100 BEAM. Migration started on Oct 26th 2023, if more information is needed for the migration process you can find an [FAQ here].(https://medium.com/@meritcircle/beam-token-migration-tutorial-and-faq-3f72cecf09d2)

• Did you sold the tokens at an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) or a token presale?
No, it is a migration of MC token (which is already included in Trust Wallet)

Yes.
