在boot2.6上完善功能

在23年Q2，应该会持续在2.6系列，但会更新主要依赖

kotlin - 持续跟进
jooq - 兼容性跟进
hazelcast - 暂不跟进

向boot2.7做兼容调整

在23年Q2后，考虑升级到2.7系列，涉及以下调整

jooq - 3.16
hazelcast - Hazelcast 5.0
OkHttp 4 - okhttp3.version to okhttp.version
WebSecurity - WebSecurityConfigurerAdapter
