Story

Menu is a container, to have different item (post link, etc), and saved in one row, the top menu and topic menu should be saved in it, and displayed as well, menu structure could be saved as JSON, in case, it will be able to use by javascript directly

Promise

Initialize the data of menu, test it, and show it at page
