Syntax error when the file name has a (

There is a syntax error when the file has a *_( *_in it .

Though I have not found out "what" triggers this error , I think I have zeroed in on what happens because of this . Once all the upload is done , we get the following

Done. Uploaded all text files to wiki source

Post that , the code tries to clean up all the files . If there is a file with "(" , then the .pdf file which has the original entire pdf alone is alone retained .
