This plugin provides the tools for the Journal Manager of a journal to add submissions and publish them without having to pass through the whole submission process.
This plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3. See the file LICENSE for the complete terms of this license.
The QuickSubmit plugin integrates the main features of a submission and in no way substitutes the submission process. It can not be used by the authors. It can be considered an administrative tool for the Journal Managers.
