Dockge + Immich latest update (1.94) - new Hardware Accelerated ML features

With the new version of Immich, a new experimental feature has been launched that utilizes hardware acceleration with machine learning tasks (i.e., Smart search or Facial recognition). However, certain things have changed:

• The structure of the .yml files. It's no longer called hwaccel.yml, but there are two now: hwaccel.ml.yml and hwaccel.transcoding.yml (formerly hwaccel.yml)
• The need to map /dev/mali0
• The inclusion of a binary called libmali.so

There's more information available in their changelog as well as in the documentation.

@tteck, perhaps you could take a look in case it's possible to incorporate these new features.
