You have accompanied me in my hobby for many months now with your project. I wouldn't have gotten this far without you. I am sure that many people are also very grateful to you for your passion to make our lives a little easier. Many of us would not be as digitally savvy as we are today without you. I hope you realise just how much positive impact you’ve had in the homelab community. I work in a completely unrelated field and had zero experience with homelabbing or Proxmox prior to heading down the rabbit hole with your helper scripts at the vanguard. I can safely say I’d have given up in the early days without your scripts giving me a flavour of the art of the possible with ease. And now I rely on them still, even with everything I’ve learnt. You should be proud of your work. I wish you the best. |

Dear Community,
I wanted to share a personal update. I’ve recently transitioned into hospice care and, as a result, will be slowing down the development of this project. While I’m grateful for the progress we’ve made together, I recognize that I’ll be taking a step back for some rest and reflection during this time.

I wanted to share another update: I’ve been diagnosed with incurable appendix cancer that has already spread, and doctors estimate I have less than a month left. Thankfully, hospice care is managing the pain well. This experience has shown me just how brief and precious life is—so make every moment count, and cherish the time you have.
