This PR clarifies how the default environment settings are retrieved in Tudat and how they are related to SPICE in the case of gravity field models (#111).
Additionally, the JPL horizons system is linked to retrieve SPICE kernels (#121).
Before merging:
#146 should be reviewed and merged first, as it contains a number of small fixes also present in this branch.
