标签分类页面不展示问题 #542

在配置文件里面加上了分配和标签，同时也用命令
hexo new page tags
hexo new page catetories
生成文件，同时，并将
index.md文件里面添加了
type: tags layout: tags
依旧不生效，不知道怎么解决

只有layout: tagcloud有用，其余的没有做。
