How to do a meeting

Our monthly meetings are the cornerstone of Tulsa Web Devs activities.
Our meetings are on the 3rd Monday of every month at the i2E Tulsa office. For each one we need to:

Create a post on our website
- Make sure you check the "Meetings" and "Events" Categories
- Copy/paste this content into the "Text" tab and update the {Month}, {Day} :
<strong>When</strong>: Monday, {Month} {Day} @ 6pm
<strong>Where</strong>: <a href="http://www.i2e.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/tulsamap_2012.jpg">i2E Tulsa</a> <a href="http://goo.gl/maps/6qtGG">618 E. 3rd Street</a>.
<strong>Agenda</strong>:
<ol>
<li>6pm - 6:30pm: Eat, mingle, announcements</li>
<li>6:30pm: Break out into sessions/sub-groups
<ul>
<li>Do introductions in each break-out group</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>7:30pm: Vote on next month's sessions</li>
<li>7:45pm: Leave to another venue

- Create an event in our Facebook group and link it to the website post.
- Create an event in our Google+ group and link it to the website post.
- Update the post you made with links to {facebook-event-url} and {gplus-event-url}
- Update the RSVP links in the "Home - Call to Action" widget text on the website to match the new Facebook and Google+ event pages
- Tweet about the event and mention @tulsawebdevs for a retweet
- Order food by 5pm
- We typically order delivery from the Domino's downtown close to i2E
- i2E Tulsa's address is 618 E. 3rd St Tulsa OK 74120
- Mark the delivery time for 6pm
- We typically order delivery from the Domino's downtown close to i2E
- Pick up drinks
- A few 12-packs of soda
- A few 6-packs of beer
We are pretty loose on agenda, but we should try to stick to this rough format:
- 6pm - 6:30pm: Eat, mingle, announcements
