Thanks for using! I am sorry that the release of the pre-trained model is not allowed according to the license of Waymo Open Dataset.
The following issue might provide some clues if you have trouble in training and inference.

BTW, since some voices from the community think MXNet is somewhat hard to use, we might re-implement rangedet in MMDetection3D for more convenient usage in the future.

We do not have a detailed plan yet, it might take a couple of months.
