Using the MAplot function, we can visualize the common, X specific, Y specific and others peaks plot.
But, how to get the common, X specific, Y specific and others peaks list?
My understanding is that the occupancy state: 0,1, represents whether or not the sample contains the peak. 1 means yes, 0 means no, and if both are 1, then the peak is common. I wonder if my understanding is correct?
