These are issues with my particular keyboard with the Hebrew layout I made. I cannot fix some of the issues and will not fix the others. If someone else is interested in the layout, I recommend making some changes.
The backlights are not positioned/spread/diffused well (or even consistently colored), so there are bright and dark spots in the keys and it is not entirely predictable where. The Hebrew letters are almost all dark as are some of the English letters.
The ~ key is very busy. In the (typical) Hebrew layout, it makes ; (normal), ~ (shift), and ׳ (alt gr).
The 9 and 0 keys have weird arrows that make no sense. In Hebrew, they generally are the reverse of ( and ) in English.
As clarification: = + alt gr = en dash –, not hyphen-minus -.
The key immediately to the right of the left shift actually makes < and > characters in both English and Hebrew. With alt gr, it does make |.
The PAGE↑ and PAGE↓ keys are reversed.
