  1. Algorithm updates 

    Core algorithm update: New post-selecition-similarity algorithm that detects more, larger groups of users who often rate the same posts

Also:
-Avoid flipping note factors for identification in final note scoring (they are already identified by the frozen rater factors)
-When running separate final note scoring, avoid unnecessarily rescoring extra notes that don't need to be rescored
