test release 0.2

Second test release for ELKSmoria.

Updated

• Use CTRL-E instead of ESC for the curses of the ELKS.
• Fixed wrong score order of the score board.
• Increased stack for show_equip.

Place the following files under morifile directory of current directory.

./morifile/license
./morifile/newselks
./morifile/origcmds
./morifile/roglcmds

morisave and moriscor files are also created under current directory after saving the game.
