Describe the new behavior?

  • Removed @tylertech/forge-testing dependency as it is longer maintained and it did not provide any value
  • Used internal utilities instead
  • Migrated tests to use new utilities
  • Included an unrelated change to relax the release regex detection in the release workflow to handle throttling output
