Updates org.scalatest:scalatest from 3.2.15 to 3.2.16.

I'll automatically update this PR to resolve conflicts as long as you don't change it yourself.

If you'd like to skip this version, you can just close this PR. If you have any feedback, just mention me in the comments below.

Have a fantastic day writing Scala!

Adjust future updates

Add this to your .scala-steward.conf file to ignore future updates of this dependency:

updates.ignore = [ { groupId = "org.scalatest", artifactId = "scalatest" } ]

Or, add this to slow down future updates of this dependency:

dependencyOverrides = [{
  pullRequests = { frequency = "30 days" },
  dependency = { groupId = "org.scalatest", artifactId = "scalatest" }
}]

This has to be updated as well:

Suggested change
"org.scalatestplus" %%% "scalacheck-1-16" % "3.2.14.0",
"org.scalatestplus" %%% "scalacheck-1-17" % "3.2.16.0",

Otherwise it is likely to end up with both scalacheck-1-16 and scalacheck-1-17 on class path.

This is annoying, I don't know why they still do that. scalacheck is following semver now.
