Overview of student process through the PI tool

Students are first posed a question with a set of possible responses ('options'). They are asked to choose one of the options and provide a rationale for their choice.

After submitting their response they are presented with a set of others' responses and rationales (including, possibly, the seeded answers provided by the instructor).

They are then given the opportunity to adjust their response based on the information they've just been presented with and are asked to provide a rationale for their (in)action.
