Support for Terminus 1.0

Hey @ccharlton: There is a pending PR in the Terminus queue that is intended to be merged into core so you don't have to install a plugin manager to install plugins in 1.x. You are welcome to give it a spin and provide feedback. If you installed Terminus via Composer, you can just clone this repo and then copy the Plugin directory into src/Commands where you installed Terminus and you're good to go. There are a few bugs but it's actually quite usable in its current state.
