docker-BCFtools

Dockerfile for BCFtools, a "program for variant calling and manipulating files in the Variant Call Format (VCF) and its binary counterpart BCF"1.

The image is located in the UCLAHS-CDS GitHub container registry: https://github.com/uclahs-cds/docker-BCFtools/pkgs/container/bcftools
