SomaticSniper is a tool to identify somatic point mutations in whole genome sequencing data. It employs a Bayesian comparision of the genotype likelihoods in the tumor and normal samples. The UCLA-CDS's SomaticSniper image is located in the Boutros Lab Docker Hub repository.
