(250points)Find and fix the game-breaking freezing bug: Good Luck! We think it is in the map generation portion of the code, but we are not sure.

This is a major bug that crops up randomly at the start of a new level. On rare occasions, it shows up on the first level. Typically, it pops up on higher levels, like level 7.
